Come visit us this Thursday and Friday, February 4th and 5th at the Mandola Estate Winery to get a first hand view of our state of the art bottling line. Thanks to a unique building design, we invite our guests to come and see how the equipment works as we bottle our 2008 Mandola Zinfandel, 2008 Mandola Rosso, and the Mandola Canto Felice. Our winery was designed with our visitors in mind. Large windows overlook our barrel room, stainless steel fermentation tanks, and bottling line, providing a truly first hand educational experience that can be shared by all.

The Winery will be open to the public from 12 – 8 p.m. on  Thursday and from 12 – 9 p.m. on Friday. While we can not gurantee that we will be bottling during every hour that we are open to the public, we anticipate bottling during the hours of 12 – 5 p.m.

Please come visit us while we bottle; we allow our guests to take wine with them as they tour the building, in fact – we encourage it!

There are 7 different “Texas” phrases that are written in Italian found on the corks from Mandola Estate Winery.

Lavati Moto Bene

You clean up real pretty.

Le stelle la notte sono grandi e luminose, nel cuore profondo del Texas.

The stars at night are big and bright , deep in the heart of Texas.

Lui é tutto cappello e niente bestiame.

Your all hat and no cattle.

Anche un cane cieco trova un osso ogni tanto.

Even a blind dog finds a bone sometimes.

Balla con colui che ti porta a ballare.

Dance with the one who brung you.

Non ti accosciare con gli speroni ai piedi.

Don’t squat with your spurs on.

Tutto piu grande in Texas.

Everything’s bigger in Texas.
